The calendar

With the calendar you can record your meals in a few steps.

The calendar offers you the following advantages if you maintain it daily:

  • Summary
    The statistics on the home page will show you how you are eating for the month and if you are meeting your diet target.
  • Savings
    You can see on the statistics page exactly how many animals you spare through your diet, how much water, CO² and more you save through your diet.
  • Recooking
    You can take inspiration from past meals and cook those dishes again.

To add a meal to the calendar, you must first select the date by clicking on it and then click on the “+” symbol.
Here you select whether your meal was Vegan, Vegetarian or with meat (Omnivor).

Optionally, you can enter the exact time and a description of the dish. I recommend entering only the name of the court, since you only have 100 characters available.

The time is automatically rounded to quarter hours and is recognized by your device time.
The time is also completely optional and does not get into any of the statistics. It is only for your convenience.
